How to delete your account?

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click "Remove Account".

How to delete your child?

1. Go to the Family page.
2. Click the icon on the top right to enter edit mode.
3. Click the bin icon.

How to delete a social media handle for a child?

1. Go to the Family page.
2. Click the icon on the top right to enter edit mode.
3. Click the edit icon.
4. Click "Remove".

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the Chatstat app, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data through our contact page. We will verify your request and complete the deletion.
